Attendees of the American Cricket Federation’s day-long conference will discuss and crystallize the foundational principles of the constitution and membership documents. In addition, the meeting is expected to provide an avenue for the various committees to present their reports for discussion and adoption.
“Although this is what you would call a ‘nuts-and-bolts’ type of meeting, it is nonetheless an historic meeting, because it will provide impetus to American Cricket,” according to Khalid Motiwala, CEO of the Florida Cricket Conference, which is hosting the event. “It is a source of pride for us that the meeting is being held in Orlando, which is fast becoming the cradle of cricket in Florida.”
In addition to on-site meetings with key members of various committees, league presidents and volunteers on the various committees will be invited to join via the internet. Those intending to attend in person or via internet should contact Avinash Varma at firstname.lastname@example.org.
