Welcome to the website of the Arizona Cricket Association (ACA). The ACA is a formally recognized, non-profit organization that has been formed to promote the game of cricket in Arizona. Currrently, the ACA comprises teams in the Phoenix metropolitan area and in Tucson. ACA players come from most of the major cricket playing nations around the world: Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England, India, Kenya, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the West Indies and Zimbabwe, as well as a few home grown players from the USA.
Teams play on seven different grounds in the Phoenix area (four in Chandler, one in Gilbert, one in Glendale) and on one ground in Tucson. The Arizona Cricket League playing season generally starts in September with practice games and ends in April with a knock-out tournament. The teams are divided into two divisions for league play, but are combined for the play-off tournament at the end of the season.
Sponsors for the Association or for Individual Teams are always welcome and can expect to receive a variety of benefits. If you would like to get involved either as a player, umpire, administrator, sponsor or just as a spectator, please feel free to either come along to any of the games shown on the schedule page, contact one of the teams listed on the team page, or the Contact Us page.
