Here is some color.  USA gave numerous chances and LBW shouts.  On 59-4 Canada missed a stumping chance saving Sewdial.  Next ball, loud appeal for LBW but denied.  Run out chance missed when USA were still 61-4.  When they were on 98-5, another LBW turned down.   Hiral Patel put down a potential catch when Regis hit one towards midwicket. 

4:25 PM: At end of 34, USA are 114 for 5.  Sewdial slams one - nearly clears the fence.  Given 4.  Sewdial 38 (4 fours and 1 six).  Burton 14.

Start of 35th.  USA took batting powerplay. 

Oh no!  Sewdial gone run out!  USA are 119-6 after 35 overs.  Burton 13.  Sewdial 41 run out.  4 fours and 1 six.

Just as I was being told that Patel and Pathan were the tough bowlers and good that they only have 3 overs remaining.

Peter was telling me that it was important to see Pathan and Patel off.  Pathan 9-2-20-1.  Patel 8-2-25-1.  Current bowlers are Mahmood 2-0-9-0 and Guna 4-0-14-0.   He thought if the boys played risk-averse, then things would come back.  And then a runout!

4:35PM: Siddiqui the new batsman in.  GONE!  Caught and bowled Guna for a duck.  Maiden to add salt to the wound.  Guna gets his first wicket.  75 runs needed and 14 overs remaining.   USA 119-7. 

4:44 PM: Salman Ahmad joins Regis Burton.  Kumar is the new bowler.  Five runs from his over. End of 37 th over.  USA are 126-7.  Burton on 21.  Ahmad just got in. 

The man we wanted to stay Burton, he departs for 22.... This is getting crazy.....128 for 8 USA then after 38 overs.   Guna 6-0-18-2.  66 needed from 12 overs.

4:52 PM: All done.  131 all out in 39 overs.  Patel takes quick two wickets.  9-0-28-3.  USA must now defeat Caymans.   And hope that Canada defeats Bermuda.   If Bermuda defeats Canada, things could get somewhat interesting with NRR coming into picture.
