The last trading secession of the County 1, proved to be very dramatic
with many volatile performances from some of the better known and some
unknown players.
the biggest mover was Mark Butcher, who gained $705 from the last
period. Jamie Cox helped his captains by gaining $657, while Mike Hussey was in
supererb form earning $623.
Few glovemen were involved in the earning frenzy as well, with
Robert Turner ($587), Neil Burns ($571) & Russel Warren ($538) all
helped their captains.
From a percentage view point, highest gainer for the last period was
Anthony Mgrath, who gained 51% to finish the season at $1471. A Gray &
Keith Parsons gained 43% & 41% respectively, while Butcher gained 36%.
Jamie Cox & Mat Wood were the other 30% gainers. We had 6 other with a
more than 20% gain, while 25 players gained between 10%-20%.
On the downside, were Maynard(-$40), Ian Thomas (-$24) & Simon Guy
(-$33).
Making the most of these volatile conditions were team Captains of 'DK
Dynamos' & 'Bl!nkys ix'. Previous period leader, 'Willoshire army',
finished 3rd. Just $31 seperated the 2nd & the 3rd place teams.

what a week it has been for dreamteam Captain owning Northant's Darren Cousins.
Cousins, who was valued at $700, broke the roof as his value skyrocketed 63%
to earn $448 for his match 10 performance. Ths was mainly due to his 8-102/34.2 spell
that rocked the market.
As the market was recovering from the previous bull run, he came back with another astounding spell of
7-120/28 to push his value further by 35% ($389).
For the tournament, Cousins has earned 53% ($803). On a rather mute point, Northants found themselves
on the losing end, despite Cousins brilliant effort.
