Just when one thought that the Mumbai Indians team was down
for the count, their combination of youth and experience in Sanath Jayasuriya,
Dwayne Bravo and Robin Uthappa ensured that the absence of Harbhajan Singh and
Sachin Tendulkar would not be felt. However, the people who did feel the ‘sound’
of that Harbhajan slap were some of our Dream Cricket Team Owners (DCTO), with
only one in the top ten ranked DCTO having taken the Turbanator in their teams.
Team AS, which was ranked 7th before this match slipped to number 10
in Bhajji’s absence, and the DCTO would do well to get the player replaced in
the next trading period. The biggest change, however, was caused due to the
players mentioned above, i.e. Sanath Jayasuriya and Dwayne Bravo, who along with
David Hussey, contributed to Team Creme De La Creme 2 Portfolio’s rank improve
from 66th to 7th; easily one of the best ever jumps!
