Notable among the additions to the committees is the addition of Jeff Crowe, the ICC Elite Panel Match Referee and former NZ international cricketer, to the Cricket Committee. Jeff is the cousin of Russell Crowe, the Oscar winning actor. Another noteworthy addition is the West Indian pace bowler Michael Holding to the Fan Engagement Committee.
USA Cricket announced changes to its committees, adding several new members. This is part of "USA Cricket’s continuing efforts to set itself up and govern the sport in the most effective way possible," USA Cricket noted in a media release.
Each of the ten committees is chaired by a Director from the USA Cricket Board. As such, eah committee reports to the Board. USA Cricket also noted that it was launching a new membership portal. The membership platform that was rolled out in 2017 had numerous flaws, which made the portal cumbersome to use.

Another noteworthy addition is the West Indian pace bowler Michael Holding to the Fan Engagement Committee. Todd Myers, SVP of Willow TV International, was also added to the Fan Engagement Committee. Myers, whose resume also includes 16 years with ESPN, was also involved with ESPN 3.
Several other former administrators are back in the mix again after a bit of a hiatus. This list includes John Aaron (Women & Girls Committee), Brian Walters (Development Committee), Ram Vadarajan (Finance & Commercial Affairs Committee), Shahid Ahmed (Finance & Commercial Affairs Committee), Jatin Patel (Development Committee), Priya Singh (Women & Girls Committee), Sham Chotoo (Women & Girls Committee) and Basset Thompson (Development Committee), Dr Vince Adams (Cricket Committee), Shiraz Najam and Donna Bowes (both Membership Working Group).
Several former and current players have also joined the committees - Abhimanyu Rajp (Finance & Commercial Affairs Committee), Erica Rendler (Development Committee) and Anahita Arora (Membership Working Group) being included alongside sitting player directors, Nadia Gruny and Srini Salver.
